When you think of Göcek, the word “tranquility” immediately springs to mind. Surrounded by bays, majestic mountains and pine forests, the port of Gocek is a favorite with yachtsmen. Mass tourism has not taken hold of this picturesque village. You’ll appreciate the many facilities, supermarkets, stores, lanes, bars and restaurants, guesthouses and hotels, all within walking distance of your boat. The landscape has not been marred by the construction of a multitude of hotels, and the buildings are no more than 2 storeys high, preserving the authenticity of the area.
